We're on the lookout for a dedicated Compliance & Property Manager to join their dynamic team. Compliance & Property Manager Overview: In this key role, you’ll ensure all safety certificates and compliance requirements are met across the property portfolio, working closely with contractors and coordinating necessary works. Additionally, you’ll manage a smaller portfolio, serving as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords. Your responsibilities will include addressing maintenance issues, conducting property visits, and overseeing repairs.
