Compliance Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to join a leading West Yorkshire based insurance broker. Working in a stand alone role, but with addition technical support from a leading broking network, you will assist in ensuring regulatory standards are adhered to across the business, including conducting audits, ensuring files are updated and compliant, complaints procedures are followed correctly, and monitoring and training staff on key compliance related issues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in compliance (gained within a general insurance environment) to join a growing business in a position that has real potential for development. You will be given all the support needed to devlop your role from the ground up, working for a brokerage that places real value in having built a fantastic team culture in which all their people feel fully valued and rewarded for their work. Key skills/experience: Commercial insurance product knowledge gained working for a broker or an insurer.Detail driven with an analytical mindset.Able to effectively engage with all areas of the business.
