IDEX have been retained by a Life and Health provider in the North West of England who are looking to add a Manager to the Compliance function. This role will report directly into an Executive Head but also had regular interactions and business partnering with the CEO. The client are a multi discipline insurance provider with a strong foothold in the PMI and Life industry. Candidates with Life, Health, Insurance or Employee Benefits would be preferred but it not essential. The role will take on the responsibility of the management of the Compliance framework - you will have ownership of the Compliance plan and deliver key regulatory projects (consumer duty for example). Compliance Officer General Purpose The Audit and Compliance Supervisor will support the organisation by ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, company policies, processes, and best practices.
