Role Overview: The Head of Global Compliance will play an essential role in ensuring compliance across all entities by providing clear advice and challenge while embedding and reinforcing a strong compliance control culture. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws and ensuring compliance with internal policies, liaising with relevant functions - particularly legal, finance and HR. * Keep up to date with and inform the businesses and boards on legal and regulatory changes impacting the business. * Review, draft and implement internal policies and compliance processes. * Identify and manage regulatory risks.
