Here is what you can expect day-to-day: Take full ownership of ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.Stay current with industry trends and regulations, making recommendations for process improvements.Handle invoice processing.Liaise with clients and contractors.Oversee legislative responsibilities.Perform other duties as required by management.
