In this role, you will work with the CQC and Compliance Manager as well as the wider compliance team to organise and track the workflow of tasks, policies and procedures as well as taking ownership of the administration of all Compliance areas.  Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conducting DBS checks and gathering references, consistently owning the process from start to finish while pro-actively linking in with and updating relevant departments.Linking in with OFSTED Managers and Team Managers to ensure that Reg 44 monitoring visits are taking place, extracting actions from reports and liaising with the Senior Management Team and Team Managers to ensure completion. Assisting the Compliance team to liaise with external organisations to improve and update quality and compliance paperwork as required. Keeping up to date with CQC, OFSTED and sector related legislation, making sure that the compliance team are aware and ensuring that any associated policies and procedures are updated accordingly.Analysing data and tracking this appropriately to flag actions and any areas of improvement and provide regular reports for the CQC & Compliance Manager and the wider management team. Organisation, administration and action follow up for all audits across the organisation including all documentation across all placements including all team documentation e.g. medical, consent forms, incident report formsProvide support required on both short and long term projects within the wider team.
