You will be responsible for overseeing the full breadth of compliance activities across the business, with a particular focus on delivering key strategic compliance initiatives to support continued growth.Key Responsibilities: Act as the principal compliance lead for the business, advising the CEO, Board, and wider executive team.Manage all regulatory relationships, including direct engagement with the FCA and other regulatory bodies.Oversee risk reporting to both the Board and the firm's Private Equity backer.Lead on strategic compliance projects and change initiatives, ensuring the business remains ahead of regulatory expectations.Drive a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the organisation.Maintain and enhance internal compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory obligations.
