Compliance Administrator, up to £28K + BensBirmingham - Hybrid workWe are working in partnership with a leading Engineering and Infrastructure company in the UK to add to their team a Compliance Coordinator to support the Audit, risk and compliance team.We are seeking Compliance Administration candidates to support the Audit, Risk and Compliance (ARC) team whilst reporting to the Head of Audit, Risk and Compliance. This role is vital in keeping the team running smoothly by providing day-to-day administrative support, coordinating meetings and audits, and maintaining documents and records.This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and working with different stakeholders. You will also provide confidential diary and inbox management for the Head of Audit, Risk and Compliance, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.The role:Providing administrative support to the ARC team, including coordinating audits and meetingsManaging calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising logistics for internal and external meetings.Taking meeting notes and tracking actions to ensure follow-ups are completedMaintaining policy and procedure documents and keeping records up to dateManaging shared folders, systems, SharePoint and Teams channelsActing as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partnersSupporting reporting by updating spreadsheets, trackers and basic reportsOrganising and storing documentation and evidence for audits and reviewsTracking tasks and actions through to completionProviding confidential diary and email management support to the Head of Audit. Risk and ComplianceExperience and skills required:Preferred experience in relevant role but not essentialExcellent knowledge of MS Office suite, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and online portals.Experience of ownership of data and able to manipulate and report out to board level standards.Good time management skills whilst being capable of taking ownership of workload and tasks and communicating outcomes.Ability to operate collaboratively as a Compliance Administrator, promoting a positive culture, but independent enough to call out issues or standards with a view to driving improvement.Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally.Integrity and confidentiality is a given; must be capable of handling sensitive correspondence and information discreetly and professionally.Resilient and adaptable – thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and embraces change.What we can offer youCompetitive salary26 days annual leave (with the opportunity to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday)3 additional long service days achieved after 3, 7 and 10 yearsPrivate medical insurance for yourself (with the option to buy family cover)Life AssurancePension
