TCC is urgently looking for a team of experienced Diploma Level 4 qualified Advice Complaints Handlers and Business Reviewers for an ongoing project investigating complaints relating to suitability of advice on pensions and investments business in particular. Job Title: Advice Complaints Handler Rate: £250 per day (via an umbrella) Start Date: November 2023 Duration: 8 months initially Location: Working from Home Role: End-to-end complaints handling, including review, decision making and redress.The focus is on suitability of advice on pensions and investment business. Requirement: You MUST BE Diploma Level 4 Qualified.Pension and Investment complaint handling and/or business review experience is required. Paraplanning experience will also be considered.Professional, excellent attention to detail, ability to make decisions as well as following set processes & procedures.
