Search are currently looking for Band 5 Community Nurses/District Nurses to work within the Widnes area.You will be part of the district nursing team based on a rota. It is will be full-time, 3-4 days minimum but ideally they would like someone full-time. working times: 09:00 - 17:00You will enable people to be cared for in their own community and remain as independent as possible, rather than having to go to hospital.
