If you're a creative, organised, and people-focused communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment - this could be the perfect next step.Things to know: Job Title: Communications ManagerSalary: £39k - £50k, depending on experienceLocation: London Working hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pmWorking pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days working from home) Responsibilities: Partner with senior stakeholders to build and deliver a clear, engaging communication programme.Support transformation initiatives with consistent, impactful messaging.Create compelling content, from newsletters and presentations to digital platforms and site communications.Ensure clear, timely communication across all levels of the business.Champion the brand and maintain high standards that align with brand guidelines.Lead campaigns, coordinate and deliver engaging internal campaigns and social value initiatives.Promote achievements, initiatives, and great stories across the contract.Support projects by communicating progress, goals, and outcomes effectively.Build relationships and develop a strong internal network to source content and drive engagement.Requirements: Proven experience in communications, PR, or marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisation and project management abilities.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.A proactive approach with a passion for storytelling and engagement.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
