Position: Communications OfficerLocation: Burgess HillType: Full-Time About the Role: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the Central Business Team at Burgess Hill. We are looking for a Communications Officer to work closely with our business team leads, ensuring that our internal and external communications are enhanced and aligned with the values of our school. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business team leads to improve and maintain internal and external communications.Ensure all communications reflect the school's values.Take minutes at leadership meetings.Occasionally attend evening meetings, with notice given and adjusted hours (latest finish time 18:00).Utilize IT tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft programs. What We’re Looking For: Exceptional organizational skills.Good knowledge of IT, including SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft programs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt and develop in a dynamic role.
