This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced communications or marketing specialist looking to step into a varied and creative role within a collaborative, fast-paced media environment. The day to day: As Communications Manager, you will be responsible for delivering compelling, high-quality content across multiple platforms, supporting brand growth, audience engagement and commercial success. Working closely with editorial, design, events and commercial teams, you will ensure consistent messaging and seamless delivery of communications across the organisation’s portfolio. This role suits a proactive, organised and creative professional confident in managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines and content streams. Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns across multiple brands, including copywriting, design, segmentation and reporting. Lead social media content planning, creation and community management across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Oversee nominations and entry processes for a portfolio of regional awards programmes, managing communications with entrants and internal teams. Manage house adverts, ensuring schedules, updates and creative outputs are accurate and consistent. Maintain clear, timely communication with awards finalists, sponsors and partners, providing event information, assets and promotional materials. Keep brand websites updated with relevant content, news and event updates. Produce monthly performance insights with recommendations for continuous improvement. Collate content for show guides, scripts and editorial information. Add value to client relationships by producing post-campaign reports and suggesting enhancements for future partnerships.
