About youAs part of the Employee Success Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, your mission will be to help create a brilliant experience for colleagues at a global technology business that has recently been acquired by Access. Working across multiple business areas and geographies, you'll manage and deliver communications for colleagues in the US, UK, and Europe as they go through the complex, challenging, and rewarding experience of joining Access. Working closely with members of the Employee Success M&A team and other stakeholders across M&A, you'll help plan and deliver communications that inform, engage, equip and connect people as they take their first steps into our business. You'll be a team player with an eye for detail, excellent planning and presentation skills, and the ability to multi-task across different channels, audiences, plans and activities. You'll also understand the huge positive impact we can make with our communications. You'll be able to bring clarity where there is confusion, spark where there is indifference, and a cool calm head when things get hectic. This role reports into the Head of Employee Success M&A Communications. Day-to-day, you will: • Own and develop the full integration communication plan for the acquired business, working closely with the Employee Success M&A Project Lead and Programme Lead to make sure communications are fully in sync with the project plan. • Manage and deliver communications for acquired colleagues in the UK, US and Europe on key integration topics including IT and Systems Migration, and the process of switching to Access terms, conditions and benefits. • Attend regular M&A project meetings to provide updates on communication activity and milestones. • Prepare Access Integration Leads and acquired senior leaders for key communications through integration, for example virtual town halls, Q&As, and training sessions. • Design regular updates plus ad-hoc messages for acquired colleagues to help keep them informed on their integration journey. • Liaise with Integration Champions at each acquired business to gather feedback on communications and maintain the Integration Communications SharePoint site for their business • Provide insights and input to inform the Change Management plans for the acquired business. • Attend all-hands calls, helping to facilitate Q&As, record sessions where necessary and coordinate follow-ups. Digital Communications Advisor Contract: 12-Month Fixed TermLocation: LondonSalary: £40,000 As a Digital Communications Advisor, you will work closely with the Digital Communications Manager and Senior Digital Communications Advisor to implement and enhance communications strategy across both internal and external digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Head of Brand, Marketing & Digital Communications in managing outward-facing channels such as the website and social media, ensuring governance and continued excellence across all streams.
