BeMS Commissioning Engineer (Midlands) The Package: Contract Type: Permanent / Full-TimeCompensation: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.Location: Covering the Midlands and surrounding areas. Position Overview: The BeMS (Building Energy Management Systems) Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for commissioning new and existing projects, including upgrades, retrofits, and head-end supervisors, across the Midlands and surrounding areas. This is a home-based position, with the expectation that the engineer will work proactively to maintain system availability, ensure optimal environmental conditions, and help clients reduce energy costs. Key Responsibilities: Commissioning and Integration: Commission both new and existing BeMS projects, including upgrades and retrofits.Configure and commission graphics for 963/IQ Vision BeMS supervisors.Write and modify software using standard templates and understand software logic for Trend BeMS systems.Utilize Tridium N4 equipment, demonstrating competence and qualification.Integrate various systems with Trend/Tridium equipment. Technical Support and Optimization: Provide proactive support for BeMS systems to maintain optimal system performance.Consider, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that benefit the customer base by reducing energy costs and improving system efficiency. Client Relations and Reporting: Maintain strong, customer-facing relationships by delivering excellent service and clear communication.Prepare detailed reports on commissioning activities, system performance, and potential improvements.
