We are looking for a bright, confident Solicitor, either newly qualified or tenured, with strong commercial and/or employment law experience, to work in a dynamic team covering a broad range of legal matters including the preparation and conduct of litigation. A specialism in Employment Law would be a desirable skill for this position, but not essential as they do deal with a broad spectrum of matters across commercial, corporate and civil. Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Manchester I’m working with a top-tier UK law firm that’s looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate (2–4 PQE) to its highly regarded disputes team. The work is a mix of complex national and international litigation, covering everything from contractual disputes to contentious insolvency and public law matters. This is a genuinely collaborative environment. You’ll be joining a close-knit team that works across offices, where associates are supported at partner level and encouraged to take real ownership. Whether it's running files or getting involved in BD and client development, you’ll be trusted and backed.
