The Role as Membership and Administration Officer The Membership and Administration Officer is a new role reporting to the Head of Business Services. The postholder will provide administrative support to enable us to effectively manage all of our membership activities. This will include keeping our membership data up to date and responding to enquiries from both prospective and existing members, and commercial associates. The postholder will also contribute to ensuring a positive membership experience throughout the member life cycle (supporting prospects, onboarding of new members, management of existing members). The postholder will support the production of data and insight so we better understand what our members think, as well as being involved in the integration of a new CRM system.
