Responsibilities: Oversee and manage mortgage applications, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).Identify and source suitable lenders for clients, maintaining proactive communication throughout the lending process.Collaborate with brokers, borrowers, lenders, valuers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.Maintain detailed and accurate records on all applications and communications.Adhere to company procedures and regulatory policies to ensure compliance.
