We are currently partnering with a Shared Legal Service based in South London, who are recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their accomplished team on a temporary basis. This is a full-time position of 35 hours a week, the rate of pay will be negotiable based upon experience, start date is subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters with a particular focus on development, regeneration and property transactionsDrafting and negotiating contracts, transfers and leasesAdvising clients on governanceProviding advice to internal and external stakeholdersExperience required:Experience required in a Local Government SettingExperience working with Commercial PropertySkills, knowledge and expertise required:Drafting Legal documents to a high standardLiaising with stakeholders to provide legal adviceAwareness of Corporate Governance procedures Rewards and Benefits: Onsite presence two days per weekCompressed hours available Working hours: 35 hours per week Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
