Job Opportunity The Commercial Lawyer will play a crucial role in supporting the Securitas' European Technology organization business leaders with a focus on the UK and Irish business. Working together with the Securitas technology leadership and finance team executing on key opportunities. Commercial Lawyer - London - £70-80k National law firm is looking to recruit a commercial lawyer into its London based team to focus on a commercial contracts, IP and data protection work Role Overview The successful candidate will join an established team that acts for a diverse client base that spans a number of sectors including construction, fashion and beauty, retail, financial services and insurance. The role will involve advising and assisting clients in connection with non-contentious commercial work. Duties include advising and assisting on commercial contracts and arrangements, including IT, IP and data protection issues. Examples of work undertaken includes: Drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of trading, agency and distribution arrangements, manufacturing agreementsAdvising on data protection and privacy issues, competition law, technology law and e-commerceAdvising on IP and marketing issues, consumer rights legislation and providing transactional corporate support.
