You will demonstrate relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Law or equivalent practical experience, with membership of a relevant professional body being desirable but not essential. Essentially you will possess a strong working knowledge and practical application of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts and proven experience in administering Compensation Events, Early Warning Notices and NEC payment mechanisms. With a good understanding of contract law and the practical application of construction contracts, you will have experience of reviewing and negotiating client and subcontract agreements with strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
