Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with a specialist manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare to recruit a commercially focussed Finance Manager.  Looking after a small team and reporting into the group CFO you will be responsible for the sites financial reporting as well as offering strategic and budgetary support as a key member of the senior management level.Duties for this role include: Management of the accounting function, to include managing and mentoring a small teamPreparation and presentation of weekly financial reports and monthly management accounts to the senior management team, providing analysis and commentaryManage the annual budgeting process and future strategic development of the businessInput into the year end audit process and liaise with the company auditors.Complete all regulatory reporting to statutory bodies.Monitoring gross margins/contributions with focus on optimising sales mix.Monitor working capital management, with particular focus on inventory, credit management and cashflow.Generate the necessary financial information that will highlight profit potential and/or inefficiencies.
