Commercial Administrator
As a Commercial Administrator, you have your finger on the financial pulse of major projects, with strong Excel skills, you will also be used to keeping commercial records bang up to date ensuring a smooth journey for both the organisation and the client. This established contractor provides specialist solutions to the facilities sector and are known for their customer service and project management expertise. As the business grows, they are now looking to add a Commercial Administrator, who is customer focussed, has a keen eye for detail and with commercial experience to provide the highest level of administration support to the Commercial Team. You will be well rewarded too with a salary of up to £37,500, performance related bonus and pension; together with the opportunity of being part of business whose values are at the core of everything they do. Hours of work are 40 per week (8.30am to 5.30pm, holidays are 25 per year, rising with service (plus bank holidays. About the role: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be working closely with the Assistant Quantity Surveyor and will be responsible for: Updating payment applications and issuing payment certificatesRecording and maintaining all records relating to risk, opportunity, and all contract documentationDeal with client queriesAssist with commercial policy and proceduresUndertaking all aspects of general administration as required.
