You will support the NPg B&C framework, civils projects, and the wider operations teams with commercial and administrative activities. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Set up new projects within Freedom’s financial system.Support budget management and monthly commercial reporting.Prepare and present monthly client applications.Assist with commercial and financial month-end activities.Produce monthly CVRs.Request quotations from suppliers for long-lead items.Raise purchase orders where required.Support the use of Freedom’s Works Management System and other commercial software tools.Assist with general administration duties.Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.Support audits on completed works.Assist delivery managers with procurement and ongoing management of franchisees and subcontractors.Support Cost Value Reconciliations and commercial post-audits. Commercial Administrator - Social Housing Repairs & MaintenanceBased in Stratford, East LondonFull Time, PermanentSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum We are working with a well-established Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance contractor to recruit a proactive and detail-driven Commercial Administrator to join their team in Stratford. This role sits within the commercial function and plays a key part in supporting operational teams by ensuring works are accurately valued, costs are controlled, and commercial performance is maximised. You'll work across responsive repairs and voids, using Schedule of Rates (SOR) to protect margin, reduce risk and ensure compliance. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing completed works to ensure accurate valuation using NHF Schedule of Rates and agreed contract mechanisms Updating the repairs/job management system to ensure correct SORs, labour and material costs are applied Identifying opportunities to maximise value and minimise commercial risk across repairs and maintenance workflows Reviewing, verifying and supporting approval of subcontractor claims and payments Raising purchase orders and supporting accurate cost capture Assisting with commercial reporting, analysis and financial month-end processes Providing general commercial administration and support to the wider commercial team Liaising with operational teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial queries efficiently Supporting continuous improvement of commercial processes and documentation About You We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, analytical and highly organised, with the confidence to manage data and challenge inconsistencies. Commercial Property Administrator - Angel - £32,000 to £35,000 DOEMy client, a well-established property investment and development firm with an excess of 1000 residential and commercial properties, are currently seeking a Commercial Property Administrator to join their Commercial Property Management team in London.You will be working very closely with Commercial Property Managers allocated to a selection of 850 + properties, providing hands on administrative support and serving as point of contact between tenants and contractors.
