Commercial Administrator
Commercial Administrator required for a new permanent role in the Leeds area. The RoleThe role of Commercial Administrator provides a range of administration support to the commercial and procurement teams.Duties include:Issue Health and Safety Contractor Competency Questionnaires for new contractorsCOINS System Management - sub-contractor Insurances & SSIP annual updatesProcess sub-contractor weekly and monthly applications for payment on COINS system, with assistance from Quantity SurveyorsLiaising with the Accounts department regarding payment and invoice queriesIssue contra-charges as appropriate with assistance from Quantity SurveyorsProcessing and issuing sub-contract orders for approval by Quantity SurveyorsManage Commercial email in box. Deal with telephone and e-mail enquiries.Customer Extras - Additions weekly inputting of costs on Sales Monitor (uploading documents)General office duties including accurate collation and storage of information and various administration duties for the Commercial teamThe PersonExperience of working within a busy and fast-paced administration roleExperience of working with in the construction industry with a main contractor or sub-contractor is desirableGCSE Maths and English - Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)Good interpersonal skillsProficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of COINS Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) COINS experience would be preferable and have the ability to adapt to new systemsRemuneration£competitiveThis is a permanent position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.By applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Notice and Disclaimers which can be found on our website.
