Property Loss Adjuster Job Market – Insurance ClaimsProperty Loss Adjuster – About the roleYou will handle a range of both Domestic and Commercial claims of varying complexity and value; and you’ll enjoy working to a broad and busy caseload.Property Loss Adjuster – Key dutiesWork to achieve agreed activity levels with the intention of continuously reducing WIP throughout the yearTake responsibility for issuing interim fees during the claim life cycle as highlighted centrallyFull completion of all prepared site note templates and associated documentation within set SLA’sAssist in maintaining accurate management information by completing spreadsheets as necessaryIdentify cases of possible fraud and recoveries and refer as appropriate within set SLAsWork to ensure correct policy interpretation and validationEnsure files are up to audit standards at all timesTake responsibility for following agreed/documented procedures when dealing with problems and complaintsBuild good working relationships with clients and staff, internal and external to the CompanyProperty Loss Adjuster – Key requirementsHigh level of Property Loss Adjuster experienceAlready hold or working towards recognised professional qualifications at a diploma levelAccuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approachDemonstrable experience of organising and managing own workload is essentialAlong with our client, we are committed to a diverse workforce and as such recruit from a wide available pool of talent, with the hiring, assessment and selection process being fair, free from bias and one which ensures the right person is selected for the job, based on merit.
