As an example, if you let 6 properties per month, with an average rent of £1250 pcm you will earn over £80,000 in year one. As your portfolio grows your baseline income from your management fees will increase year on year. Based on our example your portfolio income would be worth approx £50,000 at the end of year one. This provides you with a regular monthly income and stability to scale your growth, and to start to build a team to help you to manage your property portfolio locally.
