The role of a Collections Agent at Redwood Collections Ltd is to proactively manage clients delinquent accounts, with view of seeking repayment in full when utilising our vast array of collection letters, emails, and telephone contact. This will often involve negotiation with customers to secure ongoing monthly arrangements and settlement offers as well as advising your clients customers, in a professional and compliant manner, of the possible legal implications of non-payment. Alongside of the above, our Collections Agent also assist with our internal credit control procedure, by chasing our clients for outstanding invoices.
