You should be an experienced setter operator capable of hitting the ground running, able to understand engineering drawings and be familiar with 3 axis CNC Mills and programming offsets where required(mazatrol or fanuc controls). The work is varied to include various metals, runs sizes and complexity. As you would expect basic inspection skills are required. Starting salary dependant on experience but to start at the top of the pay range it will require strong offline programming skills ideally with previous EdgeCam experience.
