The site consists of six high-rise apartment blocks (circa 500 apartments), along with a gym and pavilion, and requires a dedicated on-site engineer to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services. About the Role As Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance of electrical and associated building services, as well as responding to engineering emergencies on site. You will take ownership of the day-to-day M&E activity, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
