What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll use evidence-based psychological approaches to support pupils, families and staff. Your responsibilities will include:Completing detailed psychological assessments using a range of tools and approachesDeveloping therapeutic plans and interventions tailored to individual needsDelivering 1:1 and group therapiesContributing to multi-disciplinary planning and behaviour support strategiesSupporting school-wide Positive Behaviour Support initiativesProviding staff training on behaviour, communication, mental health and wellbeingOffering guidance, communication and support to parents and carersProducing progress reports, treatment evaluations and risk assessmentsCollaborating with external agencies and involved professionalsProviding supervision to Assistant Psychologists where requiredThis is a role where you’ll see the genuine impact of your work every day.
