Average Clinical Pharmacist salary in the UK

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trials Pharmacist to join a research organisation based in Winchester. Focused primarily on patient care and adhering to the highest professional standards, this role is with an industry leading clinical service provider focusing on neurology. As a Clinical Trials Pharmacist, you will be overseeing the clinical trials pharmacy as well as giving advice and recommendations regarding pharmacy related queries. Key responsibilities Management of Clinical Trials Pharmacy facilitiesEnsure the equipment and the whole pharmacy is well maintainedOversee the IMP and non-IMP accountability from receipt to destruction as well as IMP re-supply for the siteManage the drug dispensing at the site and be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of all pharmacy equipmentResolve any queries regarding pharmacy related questions and liaise with study coordinators when necessary Requirements You must be a UK Registered Pharmacist (GPhC)Previous experience as a PharmacistData entry and data management skillsIdeally you will have experience within neurology research (preferable not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Park Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer. Minimum of 1 years experience as a clinical pharmacist. the clinical Pharmacist is required to cover general med/surgical wards and occasionally in the dispensary. Broad experience of working in pharmacy including working within a hospital pharmacy department.
