Job summary Days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week Hours: 09:00 to 17:30, Clinical hospital (ward based) pharmacist with professional registration. Must be available to work onsite Monday to Friday, and must have UK Hospital experience.

we are looking for a pharmacist to work with us in the Bristol area. We would want someone with clinical hospital experience at ward level who requires minimal training. Our ideal is full time, 5 days a week 9am to 5pm. Duties - medicines reconciliation of new patients, clinically screen discharge TTAs, review inpatient charts for clinical appropriateness and process missed doses. We will not consider staff who have not worked in secondary care due to the limited time and need to get staff up and running asap
