Clinic Reception Manager

We’re looking for a Reception Manager to join a busy health clinic and take ownership of our front-of-house and administrative operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a dedicated reception team and ensure every detail of our clinic runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver outstanding service.Oversee appointment scheduling, invoicing, and client communications.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across reception and administration.Maintain high standards of clinic presentation and client care.Support sales targets and promotional activities.Handle financial processes including reconciliations and petty cash.Act in a professional manner, be approachable, and knowledgeable. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in team leadership.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.Strong understanding of administrative systems and processes.Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
