Role & Purpose: The Clinical Operations Manager is crucial in providing clinical oversight and strategic direction for our healthcare business, specialising in clinical pharmacy services for primary care providers. With a deep understanding of the Primary Care Network (PCN) Directed Enhanced Service (DES), General Medical Services (GMS), and Alternative Provider Medical Services Contract (APMS), the Clinical Operations Manager ensures the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our clinical services. This role is key in driving innovation, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering collaborative relationships with our clients and partners.
