What you'll be responsible for: Provide full administrative support to the assessment clinic. To participate in the assessment clinic i.e., hand out documents to the patients/carers to complete, to arrange appointments for the assessment clinic, to record notes of discussions during clinic, maintain the monitoring and tracking database for the assessment clinic.Act independently to ensure daily tasks and ongoing workloads are prioritised and completed within agreed timescales. Manage multiple tasks within the working day whilst maintaining quality standards.Assist people in a helpful, diplomatic and tactful manner; screening and re-routing calls, as appropriate. Taking clear, concise messages and dealing with general enquiries, where appropriate.
