About the Role: The company seeks a successful Private Client solicitor whowill handle various private client matters, and focus on probate cases, including taxable and non-taxable cases and any ancillary work. Qualifications and experience for the Private Client Solicitor: Qualification: Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.Experience: Proven experience handling probate cases, estate planning, and related matters. TALL / STEP membership or working towards it is desirable but not essential.Skills: Excellent client care skills, strong drafting abilities, and an understanding of tax implications related to probate and estate administration.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to empathise with clients while maintaining professionalism.Technology Proficiency: Familiar with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
