Join a firm renowned for its excellence and commitment to client satisfaction, and play a key role in its ongoing success and growth.Responsibilities: Statutory Accounts Preparation: Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.Month-End and Year-End Close: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and precise financial reporting.Strategic Financial Guidance: Offer strategic financial advice to clients, delivering insights that support their decision-making processes.Process Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve overall efficiency.Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Qualifications: ACCA or ACA Qualified/Near Qualified: Demonstrate your professional qualifications.Experience: Proven track record in an accounting firm.Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.Software Proficiency: Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks and/or Xero is a plus.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
