Key Responsibilities: Hit the ground running by driving sales efforts to promote my clients technology services and solutions within the insurance sector.Arrange and attend regular face-to-face meetings with clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the insurance technology market.Confidently present our offerings, focusing on leading platforms like Duck Creek and Guidewire, or any other P&C offerings to articulate how their services can solve client challenges.Lead the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and presentations to negotiating and closing deals-while maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.Stay in the know about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure a strong competitive advantage.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of tailored solutions. What They Are Looking For: Proven sales experience in the insurance technology space, particularly for a services-based organisation.A track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.Deep familiarity with P&C Insurance associated insurance technologies or similar technologies, as well as the broader insurance technology ecosystem.Someone enthusiastic and energetic, a proactive approach, and the confidence to attend frequent in-person meetings with clients.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to engage clients and build trust.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable balancing travel and office work.
