Client Services Coordinator - Environmental and Waste
WHAT IS ON OFFER Alfred H Knight Energy Services are looking to recruit a Client Services Coordinator to join our Client Services Team to carry out environmental and waste reporting in Dundonald, UK. The responsibility of the role is to report AHKES solid fuel laboratory results along with any environmental and waste hazardous assessment reports. This client facing position must ensure that a professional level of service is maintained and succeeded at all times. The incumbent will be responsible for meeting client expectations whilst accurately reporting on results and operations in a timely manner. The successful candidate will liaise with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that client samples and analysis are fulfilled with the reporting of operations and documents in a timely manner, whilst identifying methods to standardise, streamline and improve service levels. This role is required to work closely in conjunction with operations coordinators in both the sampling and laboratory administration departments. To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE ? Strong communication skills and adaptable to the situation/culture.? Ability to create/maintain relationships.? Pro-active mindset and ability to "think ahead".? Good operational skills and ability to adapt to a fast paced intense environment.? Team player - support colleagues, management and the business needs.? Knowledge of IT systems including Google and Microsoft packages.? Experience with hazardous waste online or similar reporting tool.? Understanding of current environmental and waste legislation. ? Operational skills and good communication - These are key in order to solve problems and assist in fluid situations.? Flexible and adaptable to the environment - A fast paced environment that often requires flexibility.? Be dynamic and think ahead/out of the box to solve problems in a changing environment. Required Work Experience ? Previous work experience within a team environment (desired but not essential). Required Qualifications ? Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional certification and experience preferably in chemistry, environmental and waste management or similar. Travel / Rotation Requirements ? Travel as required both domestically and internationally.? Must have a valid passport and ability to obtain visas as necessary.? Must be available to work overtime & weekends where necessary.
