Team Leader / Rehabilitation Support Worker – Complex Care (Male/Female) Location: CR3 Postcode Shifts: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Weekdays & Weekends)About The AICS GroupThe AICS Group is a specialist provider of community-based rehabilitation and complex care, supporting individuals with conditions such as brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, and learning disabilities.We are committed to delivering person-centred, outcome-focused care, enabling our clients to live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities.About the RoleWe are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader / Rehabilitation Support Worker to support an 18-year-old male client living in the CR3 area.This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team (MDT), supporting a young individual with complex needs through a structured rehabilitation pathway.The role focuses on neurorehabilitation and spinal injury support, bridging the transition from hospital to home.
