The business combines global reach with a close-knit, collaborative culture, and is investing further into its UK direct client offering to strengthen service levels and support future growth across the London market.Role Summary:This is an opportunity to join a specialist Business & Professional Risks team supporting a varied UK commercial portfolio. Working closely with senior brokers, you’ll manage both client relationships and market broking activity as part of a genuinely end-to-end role. The position offers broad exposure across commercial lines and would suit someone looking to step into a more visible London market environment while developing alongside a growing function.Key Responsibilities:Manage renewals, MTAs and day-to-day servicing across an established UK commercial portfolio, giving you ownership of client delivery from start to finishHandle both client-facing work and market broking activity, providing wider technical exposure across the placement processSupport senior brokers by taking ownership of core account handling responsibilities, improving responsiveness and client service levelsWork across a broad range of commercial risks including D&O, liability, commercial combined and office policies, developing well-rounded market knowledgeBuild relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders, strengthening your London market exposure and commercial understandingContribute ideas around process improvement and future growth plans as the team continues to evolveRequirements:Background within commercial insurance broking, account handling or account executive workComfortable managing renewals, MTAs and ongoing servicing responsibilities within a brokerage environmentExposure to a range of commercial lines including areas such as liability, D&O or commercial combined risksConfident communicating with both clients and insurers throughout the placement and servicing processMotivated by joining a smaller team environment where you can take on responsibility quickly and broaden your exposureIf this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team — we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.Related Job Titles: Commercial Account Executive, Commercial Account Handler, Client Executive (Commercial Lines), Insurance Broker (Commercial), Corporate Account Handler
