Executive Assistant Our client, a successful tech scale-up, cash generative SME, with a £5m turnover and employing 70 staff, is looking to double in size in the next five years under the guidance of its experienced, highly charismatic and driven CEO, supported by a first-class senior leadership team. We are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant on their behalf to provide high-level administrative support to their Leadership Team ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. As Executive Assistant, you will: Manage and maintain the diaries of three busy senior executivesSchedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangementsAct as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholdersPrepare, edit, and format reports, presentations & correspondenceCoordinate logistics for meetings and events, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-upHandle confidential and sensitive informationMonitor and manage incoming emails, calls and other communicationsSupport strategic projects and initiativesTrack and manage expenses, submit reimbursements, and support budget trackingAssist with personal tasks and errands as needed As Executive Assistant, you will need: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal AssistantStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management toolsExceptional time management and problem-solving abilitiesThe ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracyA high degree of professionalism and discretionThe ability to anticipate needs and act proactivelyA positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset Salary & benefits: c.£35k pa25 days holiday + bank holidaysEmployee discountsFree on-site gymEnhanced sick pay schemeEnhanced maternity and paternity pay
