Main requirements Proven background in corporate or commercial insurance broking ideally in a client-facing role.Strong knowledge of the UK insurance market and commercial lines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A proactive, driven individual with a genuine passion for client success.Confident managing complex accounts and developing new relationships.Qualified to Cert CII level (Dip CII preferred).Experience using Acturis or similar broking platforms.
