Legal Secretary - Private Client
The FirmOur client, a leading full-service law firm based in Bromley are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their well established and highly regarded Private Client team. The OpportunityThe successful Legal Secretary will provide exceptional service levels to both clients and lawyers whilst ensuring you have excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to work. Duties to include: Managing diaries, ensuring they are up to date and reminding Lawyers of meetings etc.Arranging meetings, booking conference rooms and liaising with other attendeesPhotocopying, printing, organising couriers, sending out of letters, faxes etc.Opening/closing of files, supervise general filing requirements and record keepingSupporting Lawyers in marketing activitiesTaking internal and external telephone queriesEntering, maintaining and updating client details and relevant informationDealing with basic client queries and general administrationTyping urgent/short/confidential correspondence and emailsProducing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets as requiredAssisting Lawyers in the billing and credit control processRequesting cheques, bank transfers and paying in money received This Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Requirement Experience supporting a Private Client team in a law firm (essential) Vacancy highlights Hybrid workingExcellent benefits package To be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
