OverviewI am seeking an experienced Administrator to join my Kingswinford based client. This organisation has grown substantially in the last five years, and continues to pursue plans for further expansion. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate record keeping, and fostering long-term relationships across several internal departments.This role represents an excellent opportunity to join one of the Black Country's most exciting businesses, at a time when they are working on new processes and system enhancements.ResponsibilitiesSetting up new client accounts, creating folders, uploading information and flagging queriesProducing notifications on new accounts to alert the finance team to create the relevant transactional informationEnsuring all the necessary administrative processes are completed to allow timely and accurate invoicing & Accounts Receivable activity.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.Updating the central system, ensuring uploads and other information is correct and available when neededLiaising with the Accounting teams to update changes to payment terms and other financial obligationsActing as point of contact for regional officesExperience& Person SpecificationProven experience in administration within a busy, dynamic environmentProficiency in working with complex systems in order to process uploads and new client information quickly and accuratelyAn understanding of transactional accounting processesSolid knowledge of Excel and WordAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
