Lettings Administrator - Brentford - £32,000 + Quaterly Commission (Up to 34K Basic Salary with ARLA qualification) My client, a leading multibranch global Estate Agency with over 8 offices across London, are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator with proven property experience, to join their growing team in Brentford.You will be a vital part of the team, progressing tenancies from offer to move in and also assisting in the wider administration teams' success by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation. This role will be extremely busy and fast paced with a high volume of tenancies so requires an individual who is proactive, possesses a strong analytical skillset and an excellent eye for detail.Key Responsibilities Progress deals efficiently from offer to completion, meeting deadlines and adhering to legal/regulatory requirements.Uphold company policies and relevant legislation, including AML checks.Effectively answer calls, manage documents in Veco, and participate in meetings to keep the team informed.Secure EPCs, safety checks, cleaning, and inventory checks for tenancies.Ensure bookings are completed prior or on the tenancy start date and follow up with the relevant parties to ensure they deliver on their commitments.Undertake additional administrative tasks as needed Skills and Experience Required: 2 years' experience withing Tenancy Progression / Lettings AdministrationARLA qaulification highly desirable A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high-volume environmentPossesses exceptional organisational skills and thrives on maintaining precision in all aspects of their work.KPI and target drivenEnjoys working in a collaborative setting, bringing a positive and can-do attitude to the team.ARLA qualified (desirable) Benefits Additional quarterly commission incentive Generous holiday allowance, including additional holiday schemes and birthday leaveComprehensive benefits package, including enhanced maternity/paternity leave and death in service benefitsOpportunities for professional development and career growth, with access to training programs and mentorship initiatives.Engaging social events and community involvement opportunities, fostering friendships, and the personal satisfaction of making a positive impact.
