He/she is responsible for assisting capital market transactions from inception through to closure. He/ She is responsible for ensuring accurate setup of the SPVs, working in a timely and efficient manner with CMS team to ensure successful delivery of corporate administrative, trustee and company secretarial services to clients and supporting the teams with their client facing obligations. Key Responsibilities Supports the successful execution of all end-to-end SPV activities for TMF’s clients, ensuring client onboardings are completed in a timely and accurate manner in lineWorks closely with other teams in TMF UK CMS, including but not limited to, the CMS Accounting team, Trustee, Cash Manager and Loan Agency teamsBuilds relationships with clients whilst enhancing TMF’s strong reputation in the CMS services space with tax advisors, banks, custodians, lawyers and other key partnersEnsure accurate and concise communications with clients, seeking support from the CMS Transaction Managers if requiredSupport execution of transaction documents and other client deliverablesDraft and self-review set-up/boarding documents including local filings, tax registrations and classifications before validating with the Transaction ManagersAdhere to TMF internal procedures and ensure compliance with TMF’s Risk and Control framework and processes. This includes ensuring the 4 eye principle is always followedAssist with the co-ordination and resolution of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) queriesMake suggestions for continuous improvement, challenging the status quoEnsure TMF internal AML compliance procedures are complied with in full and in a timely mannerEnsure all client data is managed with integrity and maintained correctlyEnsure successful delivery of client work with accuracy and completenessWork under the direction of a Transaction Manager ensuring work is delivered on timeEnsure TMF meets our obligations to clients, providing all SPV setup services needed to effectively close a transaction within required timelines;Provide exceptional customer service whilst being decisive, firm and empathetic with customersEnsure customer complaints are escalated to the Transaction Manager within 24 hoursAssist in business development and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of other company services, or billing for out of scope items Key Requirements A degree in Law and/or Corporate Secretarial background is desirableA candidate with relevant work experience is preferredExperience of Capital Markets/Aircraft Leasing transactions or company secretarial experience is an advantageResourceful, independent and strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and communication skills, with strong ability to plan ahead and organise themselvesAnalytical structured mind set with ability to follow and build upon existing processes and ensure data is maintained with accuracy and consistencyFluency in English is essential, with knowledge of other languages an advantageProficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential, with experience of Blueprint preferredExperience in an outsourcing firm with good client servicing skills is preferred What’s in it for you?
