If you have previous experience in property, are used to a fast paced and high volume environment, and would be open to exploring new opportunities, this may just be the role for you.Key Responsibilities: Supporting completion of service charge year ends, cash reconciliations, and budgets.Assist the Senior Client Accountants with Client delivery.Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns and VAT reconciliations.Preparing and issuing month-end and year-end reporting.Liaising, networking and building relationships with clients.Preparing and issuing funding requests to clients.Preparing and arranging the transfer of income collected.Cash allocation and posting.Raising tenant payable invoices, ensuring all recharges are raised.Performing billing reconciliations. Skills & Experience: Prior experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role.Prior experience in property, property management, commercial property, or similar.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.AAT/accounting qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
