The Opportunity As an Insurance Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of claims, ensuring a seamless process from notification through to settlement. You will work closely with clients from the sports and entertainment sectors, navigating the unique challenges of their claims and providing expert guidance every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: Claims Management: Handle a diverse caseload of claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all claims-related documentation.Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and empathetic service to ensure the best possible outcome for their claims.Negotiations: Engage and negotiate with insurers and markets to achieve optimal settlements for clients.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of claims activities and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, brokers, and other key stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive claims service. An opportunity for an ECF trained London Market Claims Handler to develop their skills and expertise with an established, independent Lloyds accredited Broker. They provide clients based in North America and around the world with bespoke risk solutions across a variety of different classes of insurance. Overview This is an exciting role that will involve effective and accurate technical administration and market broking of the claim lifecycle, from initial notice through to payment. You will have the opportunity to manage international claims from open market & binder channels across various non-marine classes and some aviation.
