This role is very customer focussed, requiring you to provide an excellent claims service to our clients. Your proven claims handling experience within all classes of commercial claims will allow you to ensure professional and efficient management of all claims from cradle to grave and presenting claims MI. This role would suit a person who is keen to progress within insurance (who is either CII qualified or working towards), is a natural multi-tasker and well versed in motor, property and liability insurance claims handling. An opportunity for an ECF trained London Market Claims Handler to develop their skills and expertise with an established, independent Lloyds accredited Broker. We are supporting our client, a Lloyd’s Insurance Broker, in their search for a Claims Technician to join the business in their amazing London offices on a full-time, flexible hybrid basis. Working on average 3 days a month in the office, you will be utilising your experience in Claims handling to cover matters across a variety of areas. You will be responsible for claims handling from cradle to grave, partnering regularly with other teams as well as providing direction and insight to your own.
